At Gen Mobile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your device within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and include all included accessories to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Gen Mobile account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original box with all manuals, cables, and chargers, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and drop the package off at any authorized courier location to be sent back to our inspection center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and reset all data, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
